- Advertising spend on third-party platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Paid for Softwares, Microsoft/Google Workspaces etc.)
- Fees charged by email marketing software providers
- Subscriptions or fees paid to external service providers
These third-party fees are either deducted from the refunded amount or paid directly via their respective vendor websites.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
2.1 Consulting Fees Refunds:
Clients who are dissatisfied with our consulting services for any reason may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of signing up, provided the following conditions are met:
- The request is made within 7 days of the initial payment.
- The request is made via email or through our website’s contact form, providing sufficient details to identify the client and the service.
2.2 Third-Party Fees:
Refunds will not be issued for third-party fees already incurred or committed to. Clients are responsible for reviewing and understanding the terms of any third-party services they agree to.
3. How to Request a Refund

In cases where clients opted for custom integrations, development, or setup services, additional charges may apply and will be clearly outlined in the service agreement.
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1 Cancellation Timing:
Clients may cancel ongoing marketing services or subscriptions at any time. The cancellation will be effective immediately upon receipt of the cancellation request via email or the website’s contact form.
5.2 Pro-Rated Refunds:
For services with recurring billing (e.g., monthly marketing subscriptions), refunds will be pro-rated based on the remaining days in the current billing cycle.
